Role: Ads Billing Specialist
Location: Remote | Latin America
Schedule: 9AM-5PM Eastern Time Zone
Salary: Open to negotiation based on experience

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Ads Billing Specialist to manage and optimize billing operations across multiple advertising platforms for our e-commerce clients. This role ensures accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of ad spend across platforms such as Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and other paid media channels.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the marketing and finance teams—helping ensure all campaigns are billed correctly, ad accounts stay in good standing, and budget allocations are used efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and reconcile advertising spend across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok, etc.)
  • Track ad budgets, invoice cycles, and payments across multiple client accounts
  • Review and verify ad invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payment processing
  • Monitor platform billing issues (suspensions, payment errors, credit limits) and resolve them proactively
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation related to advertising spend
  • Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to align budgets, payment methods, and campaign pacing
  • Generate and maintain weekly and monthly billing reports for internal and client-facing use
  • Identify cost discrepancies, double charges, or potential overspend and flag them immediately
  • Assist with onboarding new ad accounts—setting up billing profiles, cards, and permissions
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or financial operations (preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce)
  • Strong knowledge of ad platform billing systems (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Experience using accounting or ERP tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across finance and marketing teams
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple clients or brands simultaneously

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in a marketing agency or e-commerce brand environment
  • Familiarity with ad account structures and payment policies across major ad platforms
  • Experience managing multi-currency ad accounts or international billing setups
