AI Specialist (OFF)

Job Title: AI Specialist
Location: Remote - Philippines

Schedule: $8 - $14/hr

As an Automation Specialist, you will design, build, and maintain automated workflows across a variety of client projects. You’ll work with platforms like Make.com, Zapier, and other no-code/low-code tools, with opportunities to apply light coding skills where needed.

This is a non-client-facing role focused on internal development and delivery, perfect for problem-solvers who thrive on building smart, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and optimize automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools
• Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes
• Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects
• Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows
• Continuously research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods

• Strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms
• AI-native mindset: comfortable testing, adopting, and applying emerging AI tools
• Basic coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) a plus, but not required
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solver
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deadlines
• Previous experience in agency, SaaS, or automation-heavy environments a plus
