Job Overview:

Our client, a fast-growing retail/e-commerce brand, is looking for an AI Brand Growth Specialist (Organic Outreach Focus) to lead AI-powered strategies for organic growth. In this role, you will leverage artificial intelligence tools, data-driven insights, and creative marketing tactics to amplify brand presence without paid media dependency. You’ll be driving sustainable customer acquisition and engagement across SEO, content, community building, and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities:

AI-Powered Organic Strategy:

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SEO.ai) to analyze trends, predict customer behavior, and optimize organic content strategies.
• Implement AI-driven A/B testing for headlines, email campaigns, and landing pages.

Content & SEO Automation:

• Generate, optimize, and personalize content for blogs, social media, and product pages using AI tools.
• Automate SEO audits and keyword research using platforms like BrightEdge, MarketMuse, or Clearscope.

Community & Influencer Engagement:

• Identify and build relationships with micro-influencers and brand advocates using AI sentiment analysis.
• Scale UGC campaigns through AI-powered moderation and content curation.

Social & Viral Growth:

• Use AI social listening tools (Sprout Social, Talkwalker) to uncover trending conversations and real-time growth opportunities.
• Develop interactive, chatbot-driven campaigns to boost engagement.

Analytics & Growth Forecasting:

• Monitor KPIs (organic traffic, conversions, engagement) using AI-enhanced dashboards.
• Leverage predictive analytics to forecast growth and optimize strategies.

• 3+ years in organic marketing, growth hacking, or digital strategy, with hands-on AI tool experience.
• Proficiency in AI content tools (e.g., Copy.ai, Writesonic), SEO automation (Ahrefs, SurferSEO), and social listening platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in AI analytics (e.g., Google’s AI-powered insights, HubSpot AI).
• Retail/e-commerce background preferred; passion for testing AI-driven growth tactics.
