Job Overview:

Our client, a fast-growing consumer apparel e-commerce brand, is looking for an AI & Automation Strategist to unlock efficiency and innovation through automation. In this role, you’ll serve as both a builder and strategist—spending time inside the business to observe workflows, identify “low-hanging fruit” automation opportunities, and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions. You’ll work closely with leadership, presenting recommendations and building systems that can transform the way the company operates.

Responsibilities:

• Observe current workflows across sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience to identify opportunities for AI/ML-driven automation.
• Present recommendations and business cases to the President/CEO for approval.
• Build, test, and deploy scalable AI/ML systems to improve efficiency and growth.
• Develop and document processes into repeatable frameworks that can scale across the company.
• Stay on top of emerging AI tools and bring best-in-class strategies into the business.

Must-Have:

• Proven expertise in AI/ML and automation, with a strong portfolio of implemented solutions.
• Experience applying machine learning to real-world business processes.
• Track record in e-commerce (consumer brands preferred).
• Strong ability to identify inefficiencies, design solutions, and present clearly to executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of diagnosing, building and executing with minimal oversight.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in retail, consumer apparel, or related industries.
• Familiarity with MLM-style model building and scalable growth systems.
