Scope of the Role

The E-Commerce Systems UX/UI Manager will take ownership of user experience strategy and interface design across the company’s eCommerce ecosystem. This person will drive initiatives that improve navigation, optimize conversion, and ensure brand alignment throughout all digital touchpoints.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UX/UI strategy and implementation for the eCommerce site and related platforms.
  • Oversee UX research, user journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping of new features.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams — developers, marketers, and product managers — to deliver intuitive and high-converting user experiences.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to enhance layouts, calls-to-action, and checkout flows.
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across digital assets.
  • Monitor and analyze user behavior to identify friction points and propose data-driven design solutions.
  • Stay updated with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices relevant to eCommerce.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally within eCommerce or consumer product environments.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and usability testing software.
  • Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles, user behavior analytics, and responsive design.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
