Scope of the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with a strong performance mindset — someone who sits at the intersection of data, storytelling, and design. You’ll work closely with media buyers, designers, and video editors to translate campaign insights into high-performing ad concepts across Meta and Google channels. This is a hands-on, analytical, and creative role where your goal is to continuously optimize ad performance through testing, iteration, and insight-driven storytelling.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with media buyers to translate campaign data into actionable creative strategies that drive performance.
  • Develop creative briefs rooted in customer insights, market trends, and testing frameworks.
  • Audit and optimize ad creatives to minimize fatigue and maximize CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the design and video teams to ensure assets follow performance best practices.
  • Maintain a structured library of winning creative concepts, iterations, and learnings.
  • Monitor competitor creative trends and proactively recommend new angles, hooks, and storytelling approaches.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth creative strategy, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystems and how creative impacts campaign results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative opportunities.
  • Experience briefing design and video teams with clarity and performance context.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
