The company helps beauty and consumer product brands scale efficiently while maintaining operational excellence.

Scope of the Role

This is a support role focused on analytics and project execution behind the scenes, ensuring that client-facing deliverables are accurate, polished, and professional. You will work closely with leadership to support multiple projects, maintain high-quality standards, and keep initiatives on track.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for parcel cost, freight, and carrier studies.
• Conduct vendor quote comparisons and prepare structured cost analyses.
• Refine reports, presentations, and SOPs into executive-ready deliverables.
• Maintain project and initiative trackers to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and support leadership in meeting client goals.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and SOPs to improve visibility and standardization.
• Perform quality checks on analytics and deliverables to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in consumer goods supply chain management (beauty/CPG preferred).
• Broad knowledge of fulfillment, warehousing, supply planning, and demand planning.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint, and ChatGPT (drafting, analysis, SOP writing).
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Shopify, and EDI transactions.
• Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing client-ready outputs.
• Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and polished in deliverables.
• Flexible, proactive, and comfortable supporting leadership in diverse projects.
