Scope of the Role

We’re looking for a Designer who can bring clarity, consistency, and impact to the brand’s visual language. You’ll create graphics and motion assets that highlight product features—such as stretch, durability, and quick-dry—while capturing the lifestyle and rugged appeal of the brand. Your work will span e-commerce, paid media, and social platforms, always aligned with brand standards and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for e-commerce, paid ads, and social media
• Develop motion assets that showcase product features and benefits
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align design with campaign goals
• Translate product utility into compelling visual narratives

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic and motion design
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma or similar tools
• Strong portfolio with work in apparel, outdoor, or lifestyle brands
• Ability to balance ruggedness and style in visual storytelling
• Understanding of brand systems and consistency across channels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for DTC brands or e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with performance-driven creative for paid media
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Comfort collaborating across remote teams
• Interest in outdoor lifestyle and product innovation
