Scope of the Role

The CRO Specialist will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, testing hypotheses, and implementing data-backed strategies to optimize the digital customer journey and drive measurable revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a CRO roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, GA4).
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, performing post-test analysis to identify winning variants.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement UI/UX enhancements.
• Optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout funnels to reduce friction and maximize conversions.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, CLV).
• Stay updated with CRO best practices, trends, and emerging tools.

• 3+ years of proven experience in CRO, digital marketing, or e-commerce optimization.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer psychology.
• Hands-on experience with testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
