About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Ad Operations Assistant to support our paid media team with campaign execution and reporting. This is a hands-on role focused on accuracy and consistency in ad management.

Responsibilities

• Upload ads across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
• Add UTMs, URLs, and tracking parameters to campaigns
• Pull and organize campaign performance reports
• Handle miscellaneous ad-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
• Reliable, organized, and deadline-oriented
• Available to work EST hours
