Scope of the Role

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Video Editor with a passion for beauty, an eye for aesthetics, and a proven track record of producing content that drives strong social engagement. This role will focus on editing brand, product, tutorial, and social videos for multiple platforms across three brands in our portfolio, ensuring each piece aligns with our vision and resonates with our audiences.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging content for campaigns, product launches, tutorials, and brand storytelling.
• Adapt videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid ads, and website placements.
• Enhance content with motion graphics, typography, color grading, and sound design.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all video content.
• Organize and archive video assets for future use.
• Stay ahead of beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content trends.
• Keep updated on the latest platform-specific editing strategies that boost hooks, views, and retention rates.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience (beauty or consumer brand experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
• Strong grasp of pacing, storytelling, and social media formats.
• Skilled in color grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: Experience filming beauty content or working with influencers.
