Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate thrives on data, understands audience targeting, and has a proven track record of scaling ad spend profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and emerging ad networks.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform ad strategy.
  • Allocate and manage budgets, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages for maximum conversion impact.
  • Provide clear and concise reporting on campaign performance and actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proven experience managing budgets of $50K+/month and scaling campaigns effectively.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and tracking tools (GA4, UTM, Pixels, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or performance-based campaigns.
  • Familiarity with third-party tools (e.g., Hyros, Triple Whale, Supermetrics).
  • Basic knowledge of CRO, copywriting, and creative briefing.
