Scope of the Role

We're looking for a highly analytical and strategic Media Buyer who thrives on data and optimization. This role involves developing and managing paid media campaigns across major digital platforms and scaling budgets profitably while working closely with internal teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and emerging ad networks.
  • Conduct market research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform targeting strategies.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets, ensuring performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR are achieved or exceeded.
  • Monitor daily performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with creatives to test new ad variations, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Prepare campaign reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and new growth opportunities.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Proven success managing $50K+/month ad budgets with measurable results.
  • Solid understanding of funnels, attribution models, and tracking systems like GA4, UTMs, and Pixels.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and ROI-focused decision-making.
  • Clear communication skills for client reporting and internal collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or performance-driven campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hyros, Triple Whale, Supermetrics.
  • Basic understanding of CRO, copywriting, and creative briefing best practices.
