About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and results-driven B2B Telemarketing Lead Generator to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting on behalf of our clients across various service-based industries.

You’ll work as part of a broader multi-channel marketing strategy that includes email, social media, and digital outreach. Your contribution will be key in converting interest into real opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound B2B calls to generate qualified leads and book appointments.
• Follow up with prospects to move them along the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaign strategy.
• Track activity and outcomes using HubSpot and Google Suite tools.
• Provide regular performance updates and insights to the team.
• Manage multiple client campaigns and prioritize for maximum ROI.

• Proven experience in B2B telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) and HubSpot CRM
• Clear, confident, and professional phone presence with fluent English
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage time effectively across multiple campaigns
• Strong organizational and communication skills
