We are seeking a highly skilled Master Software Developer with a strong background in backend architecture and experience in integrating generative AI tools into client products. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Python, C# or Java, thrive in a complex work environment with multiple stakeholders, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both team members and clients. Fluency in English is essential for daily interactions and intensive discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable backend architecture using Python.
Generative AI Integration: Leverage generative AI technologies to enhance client products, providing innovative solutions and tools.
Knowledge on Generative AI technical stacks and strategies (LLMs, RAG, Fine Tunning, Chain of Thought, etc.) and how to embed them into client’s products.
Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide regular updates, and gather feedback to refine product features.
Code Quality and Best Practices: Ensure code maintainability, readability, and performance by adhering to best practices and conducting code reviews.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for backend services and generative AI integrations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in development using Python, C# or Java.
Proven experience in backend architecture design and implementation.
Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their application in product development.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Python
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (both written and verbal). -
