Job Description
- Troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions

- Security maintenance

- Develop and maintain functional/user documentation
- Data analysis for accuracy and comparisons
- Cross-departmental support of all departments that utilize our HR systems
- Act as a liaison between end users, functional teams and IT
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field required or a combination of education and progressively responsible work
- Workday experience required
- Workday configuration experience preferred, but not required
- HR Experience and/or Support Desk experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year as functional analyst
- Minimum 1 year writing and executing test scripts
- Ability to multi-task
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel Skills
