About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Support Specialist to assist our clients with day-to-day website updates and maintenance. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of tasks such as creating new web pages, fixing WordPress bugs, updating plugins, designing marketing emails, and uploading products. You’ll also research solutions to technical issues and ensure smooth execution of client requests.

The ideal candidate is methodical, organized, and an excellent communicator, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong technical understanding and time management skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides customer support for the client’s website and marketing accounts.
• Scopes project requirements and collaborates with internal teams to design, develop, and implement updates.
• Estimates effort, reviews time logs, and ensures deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Communicates across departments, clearly articulating development needs to technical teams.
• Identifies risks, resolves issues proactively, and suggests workflow or project improvements.
• Documents processes to enhance efficiency and optimize team performance.

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience creating custom-designed websites, especially in WordPress.
• Strong understanding of website structure, UI, and UX principles.
• Solid knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and related technologies; experience with Magento or CS-Cart is a plus.
• Experience developing websites and creating clear documentation.
• Understanding of SEO, content strategy, and user experience best practices.
• Technical ability to address accessibility, compatibility, and design challenges.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with teams across time zones; Fluent in written and spoken English.
