Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, web design, and social media for home service businesses such as remodelers, roofers, and pest control companies. Our mission is to help these businesses thrive with conversion-focused online strategies.

About the Role: 

We’re looking for a full-time WordPress Developer/Designer who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes initiative, and executes with speed and precision. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining client websites, delivering top-quality work with minimal turnaround time.

What You’ll Do:

• Build complete WordPress websites from brief to launch.
• Rapidly execute updates, revisions, and fixes.
• Troubleshoot front-end and back-end issues across WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix.
• Implement client feedback quickly and professionally.
• Maintain website performance, design consistency, and SEO-friendly structure.
• Make smart, template-driven design and UI/UX choices when briefs are incomplete.

• 3+ years of professional experience with WordPress and plug-ins.
• Strong web design skills with a portfolio showcasing WordPress sites you designed and built entirely.
• Portfolio including websites built fully by you (solo projects required).
• English communication skills (able to read/write site copy clearly).
• Familiarity with Squarespace, Wix, or other CMS platforms.
• Action-first, self-sufficient, and proactive—minimal hand-holding required.
• Fast execution and highly organized communication.

Nice to Have

• Ability to make quick design decisions (template-driven UI/UX).
• Experience supporting SEO-friendly website builds.
