Whether you’re translating Figma files into interactive pages, designing seamless user experiences, or maintaining high-performing CMS-driven builds, you’ll play a key role in bringing brands and products to life online.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow
• Translate Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch files into dynamic, production-ready builds
• Set up and manage Webflow CMS for scalable content structures
• Implement custom interactions, animations, and Lottie integrations
• Optimize sites for performance, accessibility, and SEO
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to align visuals with strategy
• Maintain and update existing websites — ensuring brand and UX consistency
• (Bonus) Extend functionality using custom code (HTML, CSS, JS) or API integrations

✅ Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in Webflow design and development
• A strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive websites
• Fluent in Webflow CMS, design systems, and layout best practices
• Eye for typography, hierarchy, and micro-interactions
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
• Strong communicator who can explain ideas clearly in remote settings
• Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Framer, GSAP, or low-code tools
