Job Description
We’re looking for a designer whose first love is graphic design. Someone who obsesses over typography,
layouts, grids, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling—and understands that every design decision should
communicate something meaningful.
If you spend your free time exploring new design styles, experimenting with AI tools, or analysing why a
brand works, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
* Design brand identities and visual systems — logos, guidelines, brand assets, internal office branding -built
to scale across touchpoints.
* Create presentations, websites, social media creatives, product campaigns and marketing collateral.
* Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists and Developers.
* Present design rationale with confidence rather than relying on personal taste.
* Maintain exceptional attention to detail across every deliverable.
* Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows and help improve how the team works.
What We’re Looking For
* 4–6 years of experience, preferably in a branding or design studio.
* A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals.
* Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
* Strong interest in branding, communication design and storytelling.
* Experience working in small, collaborative teams where ownership matters.
* Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
* Curious, humble and constantly learning.
* An AI enthusiast who actively experiments with emerging creative tools and workflows.
* Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, Framer AI or
similar.
Bonus Points
* Experience designing responsive websites & branding.
* Motion design or animation skills.
