Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a VP of People Operations to lead and evolve our People strategy. This role is pivotal in scaling our global teams, shaping culture, and ensuring we attract, retain, and grow world-class talent. You’ll work hand-in-hand with executive leadership to align people initiatives with business goals, driving organizational excellence in a remote-first, high-growth environment.

  • Lead & Develop: Manage the People department, mentoring HR professionals and elevating their impact.
  • Talent Strategy: Design and execute acquisition and retention strategies that secure top global talent.
  • Performance & Engagement: Build and optimize performance management programs to maximize engagement and productivity.
  • Learning & Development: Collaborate cross-functionally to implement programs that support continuous growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee programs to ensure competitive, equitable offerings across regions.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Partner with leadership to strengthen D&I initiatives that drive innovation and belonging.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to global employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Change Management: Provide guidance on organizational design and transformations.

Requirements

  • Proven HR leader with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills — you inspire trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align People initiatives to business objectives.
  • Bachelor’s in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
