- Owns programs that transform the way radiologists work, from concept to result, including creating, operating, measuring, and reporting outcomes to operators and executives.
- Maintains accountability across the full program lifecycle for creative vision, engagement, analytics, and results; defines success and holds the line on consistent, defensible, and actionable measurement.
- Partners across Clinical, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Technology to align programs with enterprise strategy and secure adoption in the field. Builds the analytics and reporting that turn program data into action, and drives upstream data alignment across worklist, RIS, billing, and scheduling systems.
- Builds trust with Practice Presidents, operators, and influential physicians, and leads executive reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Practice Presidents, and Board.
- Designs and operates the Physician Performance Management program, which measures and incentivizes physician performance across clinical, operational, and financial metrics.
- Leads the Time-Based Work Unit (TBWU) infrastructure for valuing physician work at RP, including valuation strategy, value allocation across exams, and technical implementation.
- Master’s degree or higher.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, analytics, or strategy, ideally in a multi-site healthcare organization.
- Working knowledge of the clinical operations data ecosystem, including worklist, RIS, billing, and scheduling systems, and of physician productivity and compensation methodology, including RVU and wRVU systems.
- Deep, hands-on fluency in performance analytics, Excel and automated analytics platforms, financial modeling, and metric design, paired with a management consulting toolkit spanning strategy, implementation, and management.
- Ability to influence physicians and senior leaders, lead change where measurement affects physician livelihoods, build trust with skeptics, and build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
