Video Editor (Production Hub)

We are currently looking for a Video Editor to join our Production Hub team remotely.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging and high-quality videos for internal projects, primarily for YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Apply strong comedic timing, rhythm, and pacing to enhance storytelling and humour.
• Work with subtitles, text, and animated titles, ensuring accuracy and style consistency.
• Apply colour correction, audio adjustments, and basic VFX to improve video quality.
• Collaborate with producers, scriptwriters, and creative team members to adapt edits to brand style and audience.
• Maintain an efficient and organised workflow: structure media, track versions, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure copyright compliance by using licensed assets and platform-specific export standards.
• Stay updated with video production tools, editing trends, and social media formats.
• Contribute fresh ideas and explore new techniques to improve overall video content quality.

• 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor, ideally in entertainment or comedy (YouTube, TV, or festivals).
• Proven experience editing large volumes of footage for YouTube or other online platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Skills in colour correction, audio editing, motion graphics, and titles.
• Strong sense of humor with the ability to support jokes and comedic storytelling through editing.
• Attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and consistency.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure with quick revisions.
• High level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Team player with excellent communication skills, self-organisation, and stress resistance.
• Flexibility with working hours to meet production needs.
