We are on the lookout for a Long Form Video & Thumbnail Editor to join our client's team — a leading property company with a strong online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for editing engaging long-form videos along with creating eye-catching thumbnails that attract viewers and enhance the brand's digital footprint.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality long-form videos for various platforms, ensuring content aligns with the company's branding and messaging (2 long form videos/months)
• Create compelling thumbnails that grab attention and encourage clicks across video platforms.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop video ideas and conceptualize storylines.
• Incorporate graphics, sound, and visual effects to enhance the storytelling experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest production quality.
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, techniques, and software tools to ensure the content remains engaging and relevant.
• Manage video archives and organizational systems for efficient project workflow.

• Proven experience in video editing, specifically with long-form content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills along with examples of thumbnails created.
• Excellent knowledge of video storytelling techniques and an eye for compelling visual elements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with content teams and adapt to constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and produce timely results.
• Experience in real estate or property-related content is a plus.
• Familiarity with creating engaging social media content and optimizing videos for various platforms.
