Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Web Designer with strong front-end development experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and modern design principles, with the ability to work within Microsoft web development frameworks such as ASP.NET. This role will play a key part in designing and maintaining our corporate website by delivering engaging, responsive, and brand-consistent user experiences..

This position is fully remote and operates during U.S. business hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and ASP.NET-based frameworks.
  • Collaborate with developers and marketing to align technical execution with business and brand goals.
  • Create new landing pages and enhance existing website content with updated layouts and visual elements.
  • Optimize website performance for load speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support new design concepts and improvements.
  • Integrate design updates into CMS platforms such as Sitefinity, WordPress, or .NET-based systems.
  • Ensure design responsiveness across devices and maintain visual consistency throughout the site.
  • Conduct regular QA reviews to ensure cross-browser and cross-device performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional web design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with a clear understanding of responsive web design.
  • Experience working within Microsoft development environments including ASP.NET or .NET Core.
  • Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitefinity, WordPress, or .NET-based CMS).
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, mobile-first design, and web accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently within a remote team structure.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Experience designing websites in logistics, supply chain, or freight industries.
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git, and version control workflows.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud hosting services.
