What You’ll Actually Do

Own Your Pipeline

• Manage 10–15 real estate deals from start to finish—fully remote and fully in control
• Keep every file clean, updated, and bulletproof—contracts, disclosures, deeds, the works
• Maintain a live dashboard that shows exactly where every deal stands at a glance
  

Spot Problems Before They Break Deals

• Chase signatures, solve title issues, coordinate with vendors, and remove blockers before they hit the team
• Be the proactive problem-solver who never lets a deadline sneak up
• Schedule inspections, coordinate closings, and keep everyone in sync
  

Be the Trusted Connector

• Build strong relationships with escrow officers, title companies, and county offices
• Communicate early and often with sellers, agents, and vendors
• Be the person that everyone depends on to keep the train moving

What We’re Looking For

• Proven project management and ops experience
• Real estate or transaction coordination experience is a huge plus
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, vendors, and files at once
• Organized, fast, and detail-obsessed
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fluent with tools, spreadsheets, and digital workflows
• Self-starter, comfortable working remote with high trust
• Teachable and open to feedback and training to help you excel
