Telesales Representative

Role overview

Remote Recruitment is looking for a remote Telesales Representative to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll speak with prospects over the phone, introduce products and services, and help move interested buyers towards a sale. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Explain products and services clearly and answer questions
• Qualify prospects and book follow-up calls or demos
• Keep the CRM updated with notes and next steps
• Work towards weekly and monthly targets

What you'll need

• Experience with telesales, telemarketing or phone-based sales
• A confident, friendly telephone manner
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Clear spoken English and good listening skills
• A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
