Min 2.5 Years Proven Experience in a telemedicine or remote patient care roleProficiency with telemedicine platforms, chats, emails, video conferencing tools, and electronic record-keeping systems.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple patient interactions efficiently.

Core responsibilities:

Conduct remote consultations via chat, email, phone or video conferencing, assessing patient needs and answering questions Schedule follow-up appointments and in-person consultations as needed, coordinating with the clinical team.Maintain an organized appointment calendar and ensure timely follow-ups to enhance patient engagement.Keep detailed records of consultations, treatment recommendations, and follow-up plans.Work closely with physicians, nurses, and the administrative team to streamline patient care and ensure a high level of service.Provide feedback on patient inquiries and trends to help refine our service offerings and teleconsultation processes.
