Teamcenter PLM Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support for Teamcenter PLM environment, ensuring stability and performance.
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to product lifecycle management processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Support configuration, customization, and maintenance of Teamcenter modules.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, data governance, and documentation requirements.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing cycles.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to key users and stakeholders.
• Support cross‑functional integration topics involving CAD, ERP, and manufacturing systems.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and digitalization within PLM.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 years of experience working with Siemens Teamcenter or similar PLM systems.
• Experience with configuration, workflows, data models, and basic customization.
• Understanding of engineering and product lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter modules such as Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, and Change Management.
• Understanding of CAD integrations (e.g., NX, SolidWorks) and product data structures.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/change management tools.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., TCL, Java, BMIDE) is an advantage.
