Talent Acquisition Associate

Remotebase is expanding its mission to connect top technology talent with leading companies in the remote work space. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates for various technical positions.

Your responsibilities will encompass the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to facilitating interviews and onboarding. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building connections and shaping the teams of tomorrow.

• 1-2 years of experience.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and remote environment.
• Prior internship or experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required.
