We are currently seeking a System/Ops Admin for a retail distribution company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and optimize operational systems effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Use and improve the system based on the user feedback including proposing for system improvement
- Ensure the efficiency and reliability of systems used in retail distribution.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement updates and upgrades.
- Enter data to the system as part of operational purpose
- Develop and document operational procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Proven experience in system or product management
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English
