Help keep the next generation of autonomous aircraft mission-ready. In this hands-on role, you'll maintain and support advanced unmanned aircraft systems, ensuring reliability, readiness, and peak performance while working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Conduct organizational and depot level maintenance on V-BAT unmanned aircraft systems and associated Ground Support Equipment (GSE) 
  • Comply with written training and certification requirements for maintenance personnel.   
  • Support development of maintenance task instructions for inclusion in future maintenance manuals. 
  • Develop relationships with adjacent organizations to ensure maintenance best practices are in place throughout the organization. 
  • Comply with the company’s Tool Control, FOD prevention, and HAZMAT programs. 
  • Internal customer V-BAT Organizational and Depot Level Maintenance tasks
  • Requirements

    Required qualifications:

  • Experience with aviation maintenance and operations, including coordinating work across multiple departments.  
  • Excellent communications skills.  
  • A demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding self and others to high standards, and being kind to others. 
  • Preferred qualifications:

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification 
  • Experience in field of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) 
  • Support international shipments for demonstrations and COCOs
