Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift Available
Starting Pay: $28.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift — higher depending on experience

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fitter / Layout Technician for a shop-based fabrication position. This role focuses on structural steel layout, fitting, assembly, and quality checks.

Previous experience with structural steel fitting, layout, or fabrication.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Hands-on experience fitting and assembling structural steel components.

Ability to set up and operate a track torch.

Working knowledge of welding processes, fabrication equipment, and shop tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Willingness to follow established safety procedures.

AWS or other welding certifications are a plus.
