Come and build how Spotify talks, listens, and learns. We are seeking a Staff Designer to lead all aspects of building and composing natural language prompts and conversational experiences on Spotify's products driven by AI.
This position resides where language, interaction, and intelligence converge — the meeting point of inventing and machine learning. You’ll define how Spotify’s AI systems connect with users, crafting experiences that feel natural, expressive, and unmistakably Spotify.
Whether you come from content design, product design, or applied AI, you’ll find the freedom to experiment, prototype, and invent the next generation of Spotify experiences powered by conversation and creativity.
