Job Description

Title – Sr. HR Marketing Communications Specialist

Position - Fulltime

Location – 100 % Remote Work

Salary - $Open (Best Possible)

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Must possess a can-do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of the candidate experience, while building the HGS Healthcare brand
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • BSC/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment marketing or deep expertise in candidate sourcing
  • Strong social media recruitment experience is imperative
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Good negotiation skills plus experience in purchasing/managing localized budgets
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office, Adobe PC/Mac operating systems
  • Use of creative packages would be an advantage (Photoshop/InDesign/PowerPoint etc)
  • A clear understanding of employment branding and communication strategies
  • Being able to work with minimal supervision and to manage deadline-based project work
  • Possessing good editorial and writing skills as well as the ability to work on numerous projects at a time
  • Creative disposition and problem-solving ability
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
