Spanish Bilingual CSR (US Healthcare) | Permanent WFH

MedCore Solutions, the healthcare division of BizForce, is looking for a dedicated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This position requires proficiency in both Spanish and English to effectively support patients and healthcare providers.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional patient service and addressing inquiries.
• Assist patients with scheduling, prior authorization, insurance verification and explaining medical procedures in both Spanish and English.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient experience.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits to help patients understand coverage options.
• Resolve complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
• Document interactions and update patient records in the system accurately.

Additional Details:

Start Date: ASAP

Time zone: TBD

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day; 40 hours per week; weekends off.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.

• 2+ years customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.

• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage high call volumes.

• Proficient with patient management systems and electronic medical records.

• Amenable to working in a flexible environment.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
