We are now looking for a Sound Designer to join the 123 GO! Original team.

In this role, you will craft immersive, engaging, and dynamic audio experiences that bring our videos to life, from voice editing and SFX creation to full sound design for fast-paced, entertaining YouTube content.

Responsibilities:

• Create the complete audio design for video segments, including work with voice, music, SFX, and ambience.
• Professionally edit and process the voice track (narration, all roles voiced by one actor), cleaning breaths, equalisation (EQ), compression, and volume normalisation.
• Elect and integrate modern background music that precisely matches the mood, rhythm, and dynamics of the scenes (e.g., pop, K-pop, electronic, etc.).
• Add sound effects (SFX) that enhance storytelling, balancing between cartoony, humorous, and realistic Foley sounds.
• Emphasise rhythm, comedic timing, and scene transitions with precise sound placement and energy.
• Ensure all sound meets professional quality standards for Loudness and Peak.
• Deliver each project on schedule.
• Work closely with producers, editors, and other post-production specialists to maintain consistency and efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Sound Designer for video, animation, or fast-paced content for YouTube or social media.
• Strong skills in audio processing, EQ, compressor, limiter, noise reduction.
• Deep understanding of voice editing workflows, including lip-syncing and normalisation.
• Strong sense of rhythm, dynamics, and timing, with the ability to enhance both comedic and emotional moments.
• Familiarity with music and SFX libraries (e.g., Epidemic Sound or similar).
• Attention to technical detail and ability to follow clear specifications.
• High level of self-organisation, discipline, and initiative to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working effectively in a remote team environment (e.g., using Asana, Google Drive).
• English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher.
