About the Role
We're looking for a Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering and customer success. You'll work closely with enterprise clients to help them integrate, debug, and optimize Writesonic's AI SEO solutions while collaborating with our product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless technical experience.
This role is ideal for a software engineer who enjoys solving real customer problems, communicating complex ideas simply, and bridging the gap between code and client needs.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers—helping them set up and integrate Writesonic
- Debug issues across code, infrastructure, and integrations; perform root cause analyses at both code and infra levels
- Build internal tools and automation to reduce support burden and streamline workflows
- Jump on sales calls to handle technical objections and demonstrate product capabilities
- Work cross-functionally with product, success, and engineering teams to resolve complex challenges
- Translate customer needs into actionable technical feedback for product and engineering teams
- Develop scripts, proof-of-concept integrations, and tools to support customer implementations
- Deliver clear technical documentation, video walkthroughs, and best practices for clients
- Train sales team on technical features and competitive differentiators
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer in a SaaS environment
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with experience handling systems at scale
- Proven experience performing root cause analyses for code-level and infra-level issues
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript; ability to read and write production-quality code
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, SSO implementations, and enterprise integrations
- Familiarity with AWS, monitoring tools, and basic DevOps practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers or in client-facing technical roles
- Comfortable with ambiguity, context switching, and wearing multiple hats
- Available to work US hours (PST/EST overlap)
