Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field required.

Overview:Kreative Technologies is looking for a Software Engineer to design, build and maintain software for our clients' systems. You will turn requirements into working, tested code as part of an Agile team.

The ideal candidate is a capable problem-solver who writes clean code and enjoys learning. You should be comfortable owning features and collaborating closely with teammates.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • • Designs, develops and tests software features and fixes.
  • • Builds and maintains APIs, services and database interactions.
  • • Writes unit and integration tests.
  • • Participates in code reviews and design discussions.
  • • Troubleshoots defects and supports production issues.
  • • Participates in sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • • Documents code and technical changes.
  • • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • • 3+ years of software engineering experience.
  • • Experience with Java, C#, Python or a similar language.
  • • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • • Experience with Git and Agile development practices.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • • Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • • Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • • Experience supporting federal government contracts.

Compensation:$73,588 – $81,765 per year

Salary: $73 – $81 / year
