Software Developer/Engineer - Graduate Development Program

What You'll Do  

Across phases, you will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies in our agile product development environment. The program is designed to grow well-rounded, full-stack professionals. Your work will include: 

• Contributing directly to the development of ION's products, from requirements through to delivery 

• Designing, developing, and testing software solutions across different technology stacks 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and ship innovative, high-impact products 

• Solving complex technical problems and translating them into scalable, efficient solutions 

What We're Looking For 

• Master's degree in a STEM discipline — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record 

• Programming experience in one or more of: Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, Typescript, Python

• Strong communicator, collaborative by nature, and fluent in English (B2+) 

• Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit
