We are currently hiring a Social Expert for a digital insurance company in KSA on a remote, 1-year contract (subject to extension), offering an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns within a dynamic and data-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and test ad creativescopy variations, and audience combinations for all funnel stages (Top, Middle, Lower).
  • Implement pixel and conversion API tracking using GTM or platform-specific integrations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to provide campaign briefs, feedback, and performance insights.
  • Continuously optimize budget allocation across platforms to meet ROASCAC, and volume targets.
  • Manage and analyze retargetinglookalike, and interest-based audiences to improve conversion efficiency.
  • Monitor frequencyengagement rate, and creative fatigue, ensuring timely refreshes of visual assets.
  • Prepare weekly performance dashboards, reporting actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changesad formats, and best practices for paid social performance.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).
  • Meta Certified Media Buying Professional or equivalent certification (preferred).

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads ManagerTikTok Ads ManagerSnapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Understanding of pixel setupevent matchingAEM configurations, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience in UGC and influencer performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with offline conversion uploads or CRM integrations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative briefing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
