📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The Site Inventory Leader will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, availability, and traceability of inventory in a high-demand logistics environment with tight flows. Their primary mission will be to ensure that inbound, warehousing, replenishment, and outbound processes are executed precisely, minimizing discrepancies and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • This position requires a profile with training in engineering (industrial, logistics, organization or similar) and previous experience in high turnover environments, preferably in companies such as e-commerce, retail or distribution.
  • 🎯 TASKS

  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle checks, internal audits, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate and supervise inventory control teams, ensuring compliance with operational processes and standards.
  • Analyze data to identify stock errors, breakages, obsolescence or loss patterns, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Inbound and Outbound teams to ensure the correct receipt, location, preparation, and dispatch of merchandise.
  • Design, improve and standardize processes that increase the efficiency of stock flow and reduce discrepancies.
  • Manage inventory management tools, WMS, and tracking systems.
  • Provide regular reports on key KPIs (accuracy, shrinkage, cycle count compliance, aging, etc.) to the Site Operations Manager. 
  • Lead investigations into critical inventory incidents and coordinate actions with Operations, Safety and Quality.
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations, good storage practices, and safety standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
  • 👉 MUST HAVE skills

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Organization or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control or logistics management roles in high-volume environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of WMS systems, ERP and data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving orientation.
  • Leadership and team coordination skills.
  • High level of communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
