$75,000 – $85,000 a year - Office Full-time
Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Roofing Service Account Manager to join our Ottawa branch. This is a relationship-driven, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys building long-term partnerships, and wants to grow their career in a dynamic construction and service environment. This position is Monday-Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM), with flexibility required to support client needs.

A Day in the Life
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Actively generate new business
- Conduct frequent client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Attend local networking and industry events
- Identify client needs and recommend roofing service solutions
- Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service solutions

Review drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Follow up on quotes, tenders, and opportunities to close business
- Collaborate with local and national teams to support key accounts

Support light project management and coordination of service work
- Manage a flexible schedule that supports ongoing relationship-building and business development
Requirements

Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Sales mindset with the drive to grow business and meet targets

Ability to understand construction drawings/specifications
- Customer-focused with a high level of responsiveness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Experience in construction or roofing industry (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
