About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who’s passionate about driving measurable results through data-driven strategies, high-quality content, and technical excellence.
You’ll play a key role in improving search visibility, increasing organic traffic, and supporting client growth across multiple industries. This role is ideal for someone analytical, creative, and proactive, with a strong understanding of how SEO impacts overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical initiatives.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap audits.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and overall site structure to improve rankings and user experience.
- Perform technical SEO audits, identify issues, and collaborate with development teams to implement fixes.
- Manage link-building and outreach campaigns to strengthen domain authority.
- Optimize and monitor Google Business Profiles for local visibility where applicable.
- Track and analyze SEO KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other platforms.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay current with algorithm updates, AI-driven search trends, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Experience using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research platforms.
- Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
