Senior Software Engineer - Cross-Chain Intent-Driven DEX

Location: Remote

Compensation: $140K - $160K

We develop Intent-based infrastructure to enable seamless cross-chain interactions in an automated world, connecting AI, services, and financial applications. Our team, with expertise in AI, cryptography, and decentralized finance, is redefining how intelligent agents interact across blockchain networks. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the improvement and maintenance of innovative Decentralized Applications (DApps) on a leading ecosystem.

This position is focused on building a blazing-fast frontend and an SDK for a cross-chain Decentralized Exchange (DEX) utilizing multi-party computation, chain signatures, secure enclaves, and intent-based architecture. You will work in a fast-paced startup environment, taking an active role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, defining both the application's look and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial UX: Ensure that precise financial instruments are easy to use and to understand for end-users.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize every millisecond of user interactions to deliver a best-in-class trading experience.
• Observability: Implement deep tracing and observability of user flows to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• SDK Development: Create the best SDK for other DApps to easily integrate and utilize our protocol.
• State Management: Design, test, and implement the most resilient state machines for managing Requests For Quotes (RFQs).
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Protocol team, designers, QA, and external partners to provide the best possible user and developer experience.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of shipping products.
• Technical Stack: Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies, including TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Design Sense: Strong sense for design and UI/UX, ensuring clean, organized, and maintainable code.
• Form Factor: Ability to code with multiple target form factors (mobile, tablet, desktop) in mind.
• Web3: Deep understanding of web3 technologies and familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Collaboration: The ability to effectively collaborate with coworkers across multiple time zones.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a closely related field.
