You'll take end-to-end ownership of product features, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver AI-powered capabilities for enterprise customers.</p> <h3><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build and scale full-stack features across frontend, backend, and AI agents.</li> <li>Develop AI agents using Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI APIs.</li> <li>Design reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient agent workflows using context management, prompt caching, and tool use.</li> <li>Define engineering standards and contribute to architecture decisions.</li> <li>Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.</li> <li>Strong experience with <strong>React/Vue, TypeScript, and Python</strong>.</li> <li>Experience working with <strong>LLM APIs</strong> (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) and AI agent development.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Terraform, Airflow (MWAA), or EMR</strong>.</li> <li>Product mindset with experience building scalable, production-ready systems.</li> <li>Experience in fast-paced startup environments.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Engineering management experience alongside a strong individual contributor background.</li> <li>Experience with harness engineering.</li> <li>Experience building security-sensitive infrastructure (sandboxing, workload isolation, credential management, or access control).</li> <li>Experience deploying LLM or AI agent systems in enterprise or regulated environments.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Why join us?<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Real ownership from day one.
