Currently we are looking for a Senior Python Developer.

• Salary range:  up to 150 PLN/h
• Contract: Freelance B2B
• Start date: ASAP
• Engagement: full-time, 3 months
• Location: Remote (based in PL only)
• Polish language is a must-have
• Project is building an AI agent that works on a system that processes images.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Commercial experience building AI agents in production (not just PoC/demo), with strong Python skills (async, typing, tests).
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Pydantic AI) or the ability to build agentic loops without framework.
• Experience working with LLM SDKs (Anthropic, OpenAI).
• Experience implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and/or clients.
• Experience with vector databases (pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone) and PostgreSQL, including hybrid search.
• Polish language at C2 (native) level.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with TypeScript/Node for the application layer.
• Familiarity with evaluation/tracing tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, Braintrust, or OpenTelemetry.
• Infrastructure experience: Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP, Bedrock/Vertex.
• Knowledge of the AI Act and GDPR, for the purpose of auditing agentic solutions.

• English language at B2+/C1 level.
