We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer who’s obsessed with performance — someone who loves finding the story behind the numbers and turning insights into growth.

You’ll plan, execute, and scale ad campaigns across Google and Meta, managing budgets between $25K–$50K per month. If you’re at your best when you’re testing new strategies, optimizing for results, and partnering with a creative team that values experimentation, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Work On

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Manage pacing, budgets, and performance to hit ROI and CPA targets
  • Partner with creatives to test new ad formats, audiences, and copy angles

Performance Analysis

  • Track results through GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and scale what’s working
  • Maintain accurate conversion tracking and reporting systems

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Align strategies with account managers and creative teams
  • Share campaign insights and actionable recommendations
  • Document experiments and optimization learnings

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience running paid campaigns on Google and Meta
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and optimization
  • Skilled in GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets for data analysis
  • Comfortable managing $25K–$50K monthly ad spend
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Organized, analytical, and proactive about testing and iteration

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ideation and workflow automation
  • Background in performance or agency marketing
  • Familiarity with automation scripts or optimization tools
