AI summary
As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you'll manage attribution models and conduct incrementality tests to assess marketing spend effectiveness, collaborating closely with stakeholders across various teams.
Job Description
Join us as a Data Analyst – Growth to own how Qonto measures whether its marketing spend actually works. You'll take charge of our attribution models and incrementality tests — geo tests, conversion lift studies — turning marketing spend across channels into evidence-backed decisions, under the guidance of Clotilde Pety, our Lead Data Analyst.
➡️ What you'll do
- Own attribution, end to end — maintain the attribution models and touchpoint definitions, and be the go-to when a stakeholder asks why the numbers moved.
- Test where it matters, inside the ad platforms — design and run geo tests and conversion lift studies directly in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Build the roadmap, not just answer tickets — pick up and drive the incrementality - testing roadmap within the first few months.
- Referee, don't take sides — help channel teams and Finance agree on what the numbers actually say.
- Use AI across the workflow, from making sense of a stakeholder's ask to shipping the dashboard that answers it.
➡️ What we're looking for
- Has owned an attribution model, not just read one — can explain last-click vs first-click and has navigated a real team disagreement over it.
- Has tested incrementality inside ad platforms — geo tests or conversion lift studies in Google Ads/Meta Ads.
- Adapts the message to the room — explains technical results to non-technical stakeholders, knows what's their call to make.
- Self-sufficient in SQL and a BI tool (Snowflake, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Uses AI as part of the workflow.
➡️ What we can offer you
- Real ownership from day one — no inherited playbook, you build the roadmap.
- A stack that's already there — Snowflake, Tableau, AI-forward team.
- Your own lane to grow into, distinct from the senior data scientists.
- Stakes that matter — your calls influence real budget allocation.
➡️ Your future manager: Your manager will be Clotilde Pety, Lead Business Analytics Growth.
Her background? Clotilde started her career across some of the top data consultancies in France — fifty-five, Artefact, and Ekimetrics — working on data science and analytics challenges across industries. She then built and grew the Customer Insights team at Galeries Lafayette: though embedded in Marketing, the team forged strong working relationships across Strategy & Finance, Merchandising & Buying, and Operations — directions that had never partnered with an analytics team before. She joined Qonto as Lead Business Analytics Growth, partnering with Growth, Customer Lifecycle Product, and Operations Onboarding.
What does she bring to the team? Clotilde leads with a relentless focus on the "why" — before any analytics request moves forward, she insists on a live conversation to nail down the context and the decision it's meant to inform (she rebuilt her team's own ticket templates around exactly this). She challenges proposed solutions with care, not to slow things down but to sharpen them, and she's deeply invested in helping each team member grow into someone who pushes back and reasons for themselves, not just executes.
