Job Description

Zoox is seeking a highly skilled and strategic HRIS Leader to lead our HRIS function. In this critical role, you will be the owner of our HR technology roadmap, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated to support Zoox's rapid growth and evolving business needs. You will be a key partner to the PeX team, IT, Finance, and business leaders, leveraging technology and analytics to enhance the employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and provide data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including deep expertise in Workday HCM (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll).
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing HRIS teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Successfully led large-scale Workday implementations and organizational change initiatives.
  • Understanding of HR business processes, data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and can turn complex data into actionable insights.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-growth, technology, or autonomous vehicle company
  • Workday certification(s)
  • Experience with other HR technologies
  • A passion for technology and its application to solve complex business problems
